Old Boys' Association

The Brisbane Grammar School Old Boys' Association (BGSOBA) was founded in 1898. The BGSOBA seeks to foster a continued sense of belonging to the BGS community, with all the social, networking and contributory opportunities inherent in that bond.

The conduit for the BGSOBA is the School's Alumni and Community Relations Officer, who works closely with the BGSOBA to provide a focus for all BGS Old Boys who choose to maintain an abiding connection with the School's history and future.

The BGSOBA facilitate a number of Old Boy events and reunions on local, regional, interstate and international levels. The signature event is the BGSOBA Annual Reunion Dinner held each year, this event is coordinated by the BGSOBA to welcome all Old Boys to reunite with their peers, however also includes special arrangements for celebrating the annual 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 year milestones.
