Building Fund
The Foundation of our Future
While Brisbane Grammar School is steeped in a proud history of academic excellence, we recognise that even the most iconic institutions must evolve. A considered building does more than just provide space – it nurtures relationships and fosters a sense of community among the people within it. As we create spaces that support new ways of teaching and learning, we aim to inspire curiosity and collaboration, ensuring that the culture of our school is embodied in every corner.
While there is still a place for the traditional classroom, we increasingly need to provide creative spaces that encourage interaction, reflection, and innovation. With contemporary, purpose-built facilities, our students can access the tools and technologies they need to excel in their chosen fields, all while remaining connected to the rich culture that defines Brisbane Grammar School.
Investing in our buildings means we can continue to adapt, improve, and renew our campus, blending the best of our heritage with modern innovations. In doing so, we create environments that not only support learning but also communicate and strengthen the culture of our school, ensuring the very best for our students’ academic and personal development.
The way we learn is changing – and our learning habitats must adapt to reflect that.
Having completed the STEAM precinct in 2024, the School is now looking at further improvements in the following areas:
Sports Science Lab
Boarding Expansion
Pepperina Hill Upgrade
Performing Arts Centre
STEAM Update
The STEAM Precinct at Brisbane Grammar School ushers in a new era of education, bringing together the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics in an unparalleled learning environment. This state-of-the-art hub is a rare and unique space—unlike any other high school in Australia.
Here, students engage in hands-on learning, collaborating and innovating across a range of fields, from artistic and technological exploration to prototyping, 3D printing, robotics, and complex biological dissections. These experiences prepare our students to become future leaders, equipped to tackle real-world challenges and drive innovation across industries.
