An external review of Brisbane Grammar School's culture and Protect and Connect (PAC) programs has found the institution compares positively with global education standards in student culture and character education. The review, conducted by Dr. Phil Cummins from CIRCLE Education, highlighted the School's commitment to its mission and effective implementation of the PAC programs.

“No school is perfect, but it is rare to find a school either nationally or internationally as deliberate in its mission, and as precise in its execution through rigorous operationalisation and habituation of culture through known and celebrated behaviours,” Dr Phil Cummins said.

The report acknowledged that Brisbane Grammar demonstrates strong value-add, brand promise delivery, and return on investment for families and their sons. It concluded that the School's culture generally aligns with its educational goals and the values significant to its students.

“There is a clear sense that the culture at Grammar is to a very great extent where the school wants it to be, and that an overwhelming majority of the boys are being and becoming young men in keeping with both the school’s educational intent and their own sense of what matters most to them.”

Dr. Cummins discussed his findings in detail during a special episode of the Light Dark Blue podcast. Click below to listen.
