DadBods are currently offering outdoor group sessions that include a mixture of strength, boxing, cardio and mobility, as well as nutrition, lifestyle and functional movement education. Experienced DadBods coaches run sessions every weekday at Kangaroo Point. The sessions are suitable for men of all ages, body types and fitness levels – you just need to bring a towel, water bottle and positive attitude!
Started by Old Boys Toby Vann '07, Lawrie Jeavons '07 and Julian Campbell '12, DadBods was started to help men look after their physical, mental and social wellbeing. Sessions give Old Boys an opportunity to reconnect, as well as supporting a holistic approach to health and wellness. The Old Boys' Association is enthusiastic about encouraging the Old Boy community to get involved with the DadBods crew.
Hang out with some fellow Old Boys, learn from experienced fitness professionals, and work on your summer body during the winter months. As an Old Boy, you can trial your first week of sessions for free.
