Esme Strydom joined BGS in January 2022 as the first Director of People and Culture. She then joined the Senior Leadership team in May 2023 as the Executive Director People and Culture. For the past 25 years, she has extensive experience in leadership roles and all aspects of People and Culture, across the health and education sectors. Esme holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Healthcare Mission Leadership.
