Simon Conway
Mr Conway started 23 years ago with the School as a graduate Geography teacher when his university lecturer put forward his name. From 2004 to 2008, Mr Conway ran the Basketball Program, which gave him his first taste of a leadership position outside the classroom. In 2008, he was appointed to a position as Assistant Head of Year for Years 6, 7 and 8, followed by a two-year engagement as Assistant Head of Year 12 from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Mr Conway was appointed Head of Year 8, shepherding his first set of students to their graduation in 2016. He was also Head of Year for the graduating class of 2022.
