

At Brisbane Grammar School, our fee structure is designed to be all-inclusive, offering clarity and predictability for our families.
This all-encompassing approach ensures that our students have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of sports and activities without incurring additional fees.
Our Cocurricular program is one of the most extensive in Queensland, and it allows students to explore their interests and talents across various domains such as sports, the arts, and multiple special-interest clubs and activities.

A non-refundable $580 Application Fee is required for both day students and boarders and does not guarantee a place at the School. Credit card payments incur a surcharge of 0.8% for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
A non-refundable $3,000 Confirmation Fee is payable upon accepting an offer of enrolment three years prior to a student's entry to the School. Payment of this fee is compulsory for all parents wishing to confirm their son's enrolment. This fee is not deducted from tuition fees.
An Advance Fee is payable the year prior to entry. The Advance Fee is $2,000 for entry into Years 5 or 6 or $2,500 for entry into Years 7 to 12 and is credited to the first term’s Tuition Fee. If parents cancel their son’s enrolment after payment of the Advance Fee, the payment is forfeited to the School in lieu of notice.
The School offers three payment plans:
- full payment in advance each year, for which a 4% discount is available if fees are paid by the due date
- four equal instalments through the year
- ten equal instalments through the year
Payments may be made either by direct debit or as a ‘pay as you go’ arrangement, with a wide range of payment methods available (Online/ In-Person and via BPAY, Bank Transfer or Credit/ Debit Card)
In the case of three or more brothers attending the School at the same time, a concessional discount of 50% is applied to the third and subsequent students. This discount may be reviewed at the School's discretion if any brother receives other fee relief (e.g. through a scholarship or bursary).
Note: The School reserves the right to withdraw an enrolment if fees are not paid when they are due, unless prior arrangements have been agreed in writing.
