The Class of 2025 at Brisbane Grammar School achieved excellent ATAR results.
Brisbane Grammar School students obtained 8 of the 37 awarded ATARs of 99.95 across Queensland, representing 21% of the State’s total outcomes.
The School’s median ATAR is 95.
Other noteworthy outcomes include:
17% of students received an ATAR of 99 and above
31% of students received an ATAR of 98 and above
50% of students received an ATAR of 95 and above
69% of students received an ATAR of 90 and above
Of the 287 students in the cohort:
8 students achieved an ATAR of 99.95
5 students secured an ATAR of 99.90
4 students secured an ATAR of 99.85
QCE highlights
The above exceptional outcomes are striking given the size and diversity of the School’s non-selective senior cohort of 287 boys. The QCE results are as follows:
41 perfect scores of 100/100 were attained across 9 different subjects.
The median subject score for all students across all subjects is 89/100.
72% of students earned a grade of ‘A’ in at least 3 of their six subjects.
26% of students received an ‘A’ in six subjects.

The Dux of Brisbane Grammar School, Benjamin Li, received an ATAR of 99.95.
“It feels good to have that hard work recognised, and it’s a good experience for my family to connect and have that shared happiness,” Ben said.
“I think BGS has really shaped me in a really unique way, I don’t think any other school would be able to give me such a formative experience."
“I’ve learned the value of discipline and hard work, and I've come to appreciate the connection you build with other boys and teachers.”
