President's Welcome
The BGS Art Support Group is thrilled to announce the dates for the 55th annual BGS Art Show. The 2024 Show will launch with a spectacular Gala Evening on Friday 26 April 2024, remaining open throughout BGS Open Day on Saturday 27 - Sunday 28 April for visitors to enjoy.
This highly anticipated three-day affair on the BGS calendar is a wonderful opportunity for students, families, friends of the School, and the broader community, to gather in the appreciation and celebration of art.
The Exhibition will include more than 200 artworks, which are all available for purchase. These pieces, curated by well-known local and national artists, span various mediums, including paintings, drawings, ceramics, mixed media, sculpture, jewellery and more.
Every acquisition made during the BGS Art Show contributes vital funds for the expansion and upkeep of the BGS art collections and BGS Emerging Artist Awards. The funds also support art resources and projects within the BGS Art Department and School.
The BGS Art Support Group eagerly anticipates the 2024 BGS Art Show and extends a warm invitation for you to join us in making the Gala Evening and Exhibition an unforgettable event.
