Venue Hire
While preference is given to the educational requirements of Brisbane Grammar School students, opportunities exist for groups and individuals to hire various venues and facilities owned by the School.
Great Hall
Brisbane Grammar School welcomes past students, their immediate families and staff to celebrate their wedding day in the historic Great Hall.
Seating is available for up to 300 guests. Venue hire includes:
- All day access
- Access for rehearsal
- Cleaning
- Security
- Red carpet runner
- Audio equipment
- Piano and organ
- Altar and attendants’ chairs
- Pedestals for flowers
- Registry table
The School is unable to provide facilities for receptions or post-wedding refreshments.
Wedding photos are only permitted the grounds around the front of the Great Hall.
Guest parking is available in the staff car park, with availability dependent on any concurrent School activities.
The Great Hall is wheelchair accessible.
