BGS rowers train at a dedicated boatshed located on the banks of the Brisbane River in West End.

The Rowing Shed is one of Australia’s premier rowing facilities and has been home to many of the nation’s top rowers, including state and national representatives and Olympians.

The facility features a dedicated pontoon, a multi-bay storage shed, and a state-of-the-art fleet. It often operates up to seven days a week for morning and afternoon training sessions, supported by a full-time boatman.
